there is a way to remove bios logo of government laptop. it is easy to remove logo .... download the tool and remove it...

fake software.
it does not removes the Splash Screen.

Actually, i am a it engineer and i want to tell you that the bios password cannot be removed by a software.
this can be done by replacing the original bios hardware.
